BPT started in early 2014 to map out some of the Magic Band's most complex tracks (and commonly overlooked simpler tunes) to make their own recordings of them. Put together by a coterie of musicians from various parts of the Toronto music scene. Doing versions of songs from every Beefheart LP (1967-1982) and era, including the early A&M 45's and the Zappa collaborations of the mid 70s.
